feat(vault): Add example secret to mvp vs-example

Vault secret example - OpenProject 1036:

• Add a simple example secret in the nomad job to be printed

• The vclusters!49 (merged) needs to be updated with the hash of this commit here.
• Improvements to securely using a vault secret is followed up in #1556
