• Fix some bugs introduced by !39 (merged)
• Improved labels when plotting connection matrix
• Fix incomplete substructure in core_profiles/ion/element
• Add constraints for equilibrium from LIUQE
• Read bpol_probe areas from MDS instead of hard-coded values.
