Ids for torbeam

ids-for-torbeam into master

Done in this MR: Adding and updating quantities for TORBEAM

  • Add B-fields to gdat_tcv and fill in ids_equilibrium
  • Put correct angles for launchers in the ec_launchers, IDS as discussed with F.Poli we just put theta_TORAY-90 and phi_TORAY-180 for the right angles, this IDS will be updated until the end of the year and there will be more things changing.
  • Update 'mhd' in gdat_tcv

Remaining issues:

  • tic toc of COCOS transform for e.g. equilibrium takes very long
  • in EC_launchers, there is an issue to be solved, prints out No ec_launchers.launcher found for COCOS check/transform
