fix no tcv_eq for \.. node names -1,900000 shots

Olivier Sauter requested to merge fix_non_equil_m1 into master

was assuming only equilibrium quantities requested for -1 or 900000 shots

Would be good to compare with a list of tcv_eq allowed inputs if available?

At this stage, just avoid mds node names provided in full (with '\...')
