Mainly for using it with iwrap

Tested successfully on sdcc-login03 (to have new nodes set-up, AL5 in default IMAS):

source config_iter_sdcc.sh ifort NO 0 (defaults) (ifort/gfortran, YES/NO for xml choices of reflist; 0/1 to not/do load the default modules)
