Eduardo Garcia Carvalho Dias Rothe requested to merge dspack into master

This commit establishes a milestone. It can deploy a programming environment with two compilers, gcc@11.3.0 and intel@20.0.4. It installs and reinstalls sucessfully using a jenkins pipeline. I propose to merge this code into the master branch.
