@hinrich.lutjens I changed SMISOP1 mesh in premap(1) to be same as other cases. I think I had mixed CSIPR with CSIPRI

I compute rhotor with interpos to make sure integral on CSIPRI and more precise

Fixed bug using CSIPR instead of CSIPRI to go from pressure(rhotor) to dp/dpsi_norm

fixed bug in surf_metrics_onaxis.f90 when defining coord_sys%grid%dim1(1) for psi mesh
