Add makefile settings for marconi, by symmetry with AUG

Since make CHEASE_MACHINE=aug works fine at Marconi (including for chease_hdf5), I just add marconi everywhere there was an aug in Makefile.define_FLAGS and added a corresponding test on the domainname in Makefile.define_MACHINE
