Only allow users that a member of a certain group to access via the LDAP

We would like to forbid the access to https://moodle-autograde.epfl.ch and https://moodle-autograde-test.epfl.ch by default.

Only people in a given group (in the LDAP) can have access to the system. We will implement a more fine-grained system later

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
