Added matlab/R2024b due to updater issues with R2024a

Etienne got a ticket where the user mentioned his jobs would randomly hang due to an updater being launched and never terminating. We tested R2024b and it doesn't have the same issue (perhaps simply because it's the latest version and the launcher, if started sees there's nothing to update).
