chore(slurm-full): Update slurm-full to run ICON workflows

Context

This MR updates vCluster slurm-full to have it ready to run ICON through firecREST.

Impact

Now slurm-full vCluster contains all features developed so far in the context of WP4 of the swisstwins project.

Test(s)

Follow the instructions in vcluster-slurm-full/README.md.
