Rewrite script for archiving

The approach use for blog is cumbersome and requires the java app to be modified to grant access to all the wikis. It is much faster to attach to the script that exports the content wikijs and just embed the content into a template. The template will already contain the archive disclaimer etc.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
