SIKE implementation in ENGNTRU

Efficiency in Post-Quantum Cryptography: The objective was to add SIKE to the engine ENGNTRU to experiment possible optimisations on it. SIKE is an alternate candidate to the NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Standardisation currently in the 3rd round.
